How to log in to your Tilgin router
- 1 Connect your device to the Tilgin gateway via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
- 2 Open your web browser and navigate to http://192.168.1.1.
- 3 Enter default Username: admin and Password: admin (or user / user for customer access).
- 4 Manage FTTH optical WAN parameters, VoIP SIP profiles, and 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi settings.
🔄 How to Hard Reset Tilgin Router to Factory Defaults
If you forgot your customized admin password or cannot reach the web portal, locate the physical RESET pinhole button on the back of your Tilgin router. While powered on, press and hold the button with a paperclip for 10 to 15 seconds until the power LED begins flashing. Release the button and wait 2 minutes for the unit to reboot with factory default credentials (User: admin / Pass: admin).
