How to log in to your Alvarion router

1 Connect your computer to the data port on the Alvarion universal indoor unit (IDU).
2 Assign your computer an IP address in the 10.0.0.x subnet (e.g. 10.0.0.15).
3 Connect via Telnet to 10.0.0.1 or open http://10.0.0.1 in your browser.
4 Enter Username: installer and Password: installer to enter the AlvariSTAR maintenance menus.

🔄 How to Hard Reset Alvarion Router to Factory Defaults

If you forgot your customized admin password or cannot reach the web portal, locate the physical RESET pinhole button on the back of your Alvarion router. While powered on, press and hold the button with a paperclip for 10 to 15 seconds until the power LED begins flashing. Release the button and wait 2 minutes for the unit to reboot with factory default credentials (User: installer / Pass: installer).
