How to set up your Excitel Broadband router

  1. 1 Connect your device to your Excitel Wi-Fi network or plug an Ethernet cable into the Excitel fiber router LAN port.
  2. 2 Open your web browser and navigate to http://192.168.1.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 on select Syrotech/Optilink ONTs).
  3. 3 Enter default Username: admin and Password: admin (or check the physical sticker on your ONT base).
  4. 4 Access Network Settings to view fiber optical power (Rx/Tx dBm) and customize your 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi credentials.
